  • So this morning I got up to go to the Dr.    
     
    I noticed that Gypsy had an "accident" on the floor by the front door.  Gross!  But I went to clean up I realized it was actually a rib.  So I figured she had one hidden from the ones she managed to grab off the kitchen counter other night.  Nope. 
     
    Out of the corner of my eye I spotted another rib by the desk.  Then another under the desk.  Another had been abandoned near the sewing tables. Meanwhile,  Gypsy was watching me from the window seat, but had not made one move towards me.
     
    Where did she get them?  Well, brilliant animal that she is. She had gone out back and opened the fridge, somehow managed to get the tray of meat out and had an early morning buffet.  One stray hot dog had rolled over in front of the spa.  The hamburgers ?  Gone.   Chicken 1 piece left.  Ribs ?  History
     
    As I came back into the house, she did have the good grace to look a bit ...... concerned.  She slid her bloated self off the window seat and made a lame attempt to  suck up to me, but realizing I was not about to have any part of it, she slunk into the bedroom to sleep off her meat induced food coma, or so I thought.
     
    She had actually wandered out back to get that last hot dog. 
     
     
    P.S.  In her carnivorous rampage she also tore the door off the freezer section.

  • Still working on the vest I want to give Sunshine for his birthday.  Tomorrow.

    It refused to cooperate yesterday so it had a time out. 

    I hope that it is ready to listen to reason now.

  • Just not in the mood to deal with people today

    Not that any have come in for me to deal with

    So, I am closing the shop, leaving early, and playing hooky

    I have a birthday vest to sew , and I need tool buttons
